FPM Media provides comprehensive digital agency services, including but not limited to: Brand Identity creation, Social Media Marketing management, custom Web Development, full eCommerce Store setup (including dropshipping integrations), and physical Product Packaging Design.
Successful project delivery requires timely communication. You agree to provide required assets, approvals, and context necessary for us to run campaigns or build platforms effectively. Delays in providing necessary input may adjust delivery timelines accordingly.
All concepts, raw files, code, and draft designs remain the intellectual property of FPM Media until full and final payment is received. Upon completion and full payment, the final rights to the specific visual assets and code environments directly delivered to you will transfer. However, FPM Media retains the right to display copies of the completed project in our professional portfolios online, on social media, and in presentations as examples of our work.
All project milestones must be paid in accordance with the signed service agreement or invoice delivered. Development or marketing services may be paused or withheld subject to delayed payments. Our standard pricing is provided in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated.
FPM Media executes marketing strategies and builds technical infrastructure to the highest professional standard. However, we do not guarantee specific sales numbers, traffic volumes, or rankings as these metrics rely on external market factors. In no event shall FPM Media be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
These terms shall be governed under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising in connection to our services will be handled within the jurisdiction of Davao City.
